5 Year Limited Warranty

Woodpro Cabinetry has a limited 5 year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use and service. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage, improper installation, labor costs or defects incurred during installation, storage or transportation. Woodpro Cabinetry Inc. is not responsible for labor to install replacement parts.

This warranty shall not apply to any Woodpro Cabinetry products or parts of our products that have been subjected to alteration, misuses, negligence, abuse, improper installation, storage and handling.

Warranty Policy Exclusions

Cracks develop naturally in all finishes (due to the expansion and contracting of solid wood especially on the joints of doors and frames) but show more on painted. Painted cabinets are not eligible for a product warranty claim due to cracks on painted finishes.

Glaze Finish Warranty Policy Exclusion
Due to the unique difference in tones and glaze buildup in corners and on moldings, glaze finish cabinets are not eligible for a product warranty claim due to variation in the glaze finish.

Natural Finish Cabinet Warranty Policy Exclusion
Due to the wide color variation that occurs naturally, natural finish cabinets are not eligible for a product warranty claim due to color variation.

Unfinished Cabinet Warranty Policy Exclusion
Due to the effect of hand prints and handling in general, unfinished cabinets cannot be returned.

Hickory Cabinet Warranty Policy Exclusion
Due to the wide color variation that occurs naturally, hickory cabinets are not eligible for a product warranty claim due to color variation.

Personalized Options Return Policy Exclusion
Due to the custom nature of these options cabinetry with options cannot be returned for restock. Personalized Options, items with model number change options listed throughout the Woodpro Sales Catalog, unfinished cabinetry and custom wood-color combinations are each considered a Personalized Option.

Other Return Policy Exclusions
Items that do not count toward the quantity discount, such as but not only replacement parts, filler boards, valances and sales aids cannot be returned for restock.

Woodpro uses the "Natural Beauty of Wood" as a guide in determining whether finished wood materials are defective.
