Woodpro’s CEO, LeRoy Walls, is a man worth knowing. The man’s got grit. There have been a number of instances where he seemed to overcome great obstacles just by staying the course - starting Woodpro, loading trucks with a broken arm, fighting a fire at Woodpro in 1993 with pure will and determination. LeRoy has a standard of Excellence that can motivate a person to greater heights and a sense of Fairness that has been expressed in many ways over the years in his relationships with peers, family, customers, employees and friends.

LeRoy and wife, Paula, have three children, Lora, Sarah and Tom. Paula is a registered nurse and recently became our Human Resource Director. Lora and Sarah are leaders at Woodpro.
